2026 DACC Commencement Information
**Please note, there are 2 ceremonies this year split into 2 groups, due to the high volume of attendees.

*The deadline to participate in the ceremony is April 30th, 2026.
Graduation Requirements
- Student's total program must contain a minimum of 60 credit hours for an A.A., A.S., A.A.S, A.G.S., or A.E.S. degree.
- Cumulative grade point average must not be less than 2.0 (on a 4.0 scale)
- Candidates for the Associate in Arts or Associate in Science Degree must present an organized program of study which meets our General Education requirements.
- Associate degree candidates must complete INST 101 Success in College. To maximize the benefits of this course, students should complete it during their first semester at the college.
Applications to Graduate
Complete the graduation form below that applies to you, and submit it to Records@DACC.edu or stop by the Records Office in Vermilion Hall to fill out.
Cap & Gown Information
DACC is paying for all ceremony participants' caps & gowns for the 2026 ceremonies. Anytime AFTER April 1st, 2026, after you have applied to graduate and been approved, you may come to the Records Office in Vermilion hall to get your cap & gown coupon to take to the DACC Follett Bookstore.
No guests need a ticket to attend the DACC ceremonies, all are welcome.
The ceremony will be live streamed for anyone not able to attend.
