Diversity Leadership And Staff

The Chief Diversity Officer (CDO) Stephane Potts serves as the primary administrator to advance mission-driven efforts of diversity, equity, and inclusion at all levels of the College through research and analysis to promote academic and inclusive excellence. In doing so, the CDO advances research-based practices and shows opportunities for institutional or organizational change related to diversity, equity, and inclusion. The CDO works collaboratively with several divisions, administrators, students, and community members to assess and discuss strengths, opportunities, aspirations, and results of the changing college climate and implemented initiatives. The CDO coordinates diversity-oriented programs and initiatives, including chairing the Access, Equity, and Diversity Advisory Committee, and promotes diversity to support DACC’s inclusion goals, educational goals, and strategic plan.
