4048.0  Resignations

Resignations shall be submitted in writing, signed by the resigning employee, and directed to the employee's immediate supervisor and the Director of Human Resources.

The Board directs the President or his/her designee to accept employee resignations and report the action to the Board. Resignations include an employee's notice of retirement.
