All new classified and administrative employees will be subject to a minimum three (3) month initial evaluation period. During the initial evaluation period, and any extension thereof, an employee shall be employed at-will, which means that the employee's employment may be terminated at any time by the Board, with or without prior notice. Upon the satisfactory completion by an employee of his or her initial evaluation period, the employee may be granted regular employee status. "Regular employee" is simply a designation rendering the employee eligible for those benefits available to regular classified employees.Adopted: 7-28-92
