4030.0  Jury Duty Leave

An employee who is called for jury duty shall be excused from work without salary loss for the days on which he/she serves. The employee must present proof of service and must remit to the College the amount of jury duty pay received in order to be paid by the College for jury duty leave. Employees are expected to report back to their working assignment during a normal work day when their presence is not required by the court.
