Tenured faculty who have retired from Danville Area Community College and who are receiving a retirement annuity through the State Universities Retirement System and who accept a teaching assignment will be paid at the prevailing overload rate for full-time faculty.
The maximum allowable earnings during any fiscal year for individuals who accept employment must be as stipulated by the State Universities Retirement System.Adopted: 5-24-94
