4019.0  Evaluation of Full-Time and Part-Time Employees

A formal evaluation of all full-time and part-time employees will be conducted at least annually in the spring of each calendar year.

A formal evaluation of non-tenured faculty will be conducted twice a year, once during the fall semester and once during the spring semester.

A formal evaluation of each part-time faculty will be conducted each semester for the first two semesters; thereafter, the evaluation will be conducted annually.
