There shall be no restriction in the full or part-time employment of more than one member of a family or household member as long are there is no direct reporting relationship. No preference will be given to a member of a family or household member over any other applicant. All individuals will be required to go through the normal hiring process. For this policy a family shall be defined as spouse, child, parent, sibling, grand-relative, aunt, uncle, first cousin, niece, nephew, step-relative or in-law.
Nepotism should not play any role in decisions relating to employment.
