6017 Emergency Purchases - Disruption of Vital College Services

The President (or his/her designee) may approve any emergency purchase necessary to restore or maintain vital College services. Such expenditures exceeding $25,000 shall be reported to the Board and must be approved by three-fourths of the members of the Board as required by Section 110 ILCS 805/3-27.1 of the Illinois Public Community College Act.
