A Danville Area Community College District resident who wishes to enroll in a program not offered by Danville Area Community College or not available through a cooperative program with another community college may enroll at an Illinois community college where the program is offered at that college's in-district tuition rate, upon the approval of the DACC President or his designee. Application for chargeback must be made to DACC at least thirty (30) days prior to the beginning of the semester for which application is made. The DACC term dates will be applied to determine the thirty-day timeline.
