The College maintains a permanent academic record on each student who has been enrolled in credit courses. Student records will be released only upon appropriate written authorization from the student.

Every endeavor is made to keep the student's record confidential. All members of the faculty, administration, and non-academic staff are to respect confidential information which they acquire about students in the course of their work.
