Any course repeated for the purpose of an improved grade must count as part of the course load and be used to compute the cumulative grade point average (GPA). If the student has previously completed the course successfully (grade A, B, C, or S), he or she does not qualify for state funding and must pay the full unit cost of instruction to re-enroll. A student who has not successfully completed the course previously (grade D, F, W, I, or U) may re-enroll at regular rates for tuition and fees.
