To ensure quality instructional programs, it shall be the policy of the Board of Trustees that the College maintain accreditation membership in the Higher Learning Commission, and recognition status of the Illinois Community College Board. Specialized accreditation of individual programs will be sought upon approval of the Board of Trustees.
