Meetings of the Board shall be held in accordance with the calendar approved at the annual organization meeting. A regular meeting may, however, be set for another date, time, or place by action of the Board at any previous meeting. If conditions make it imperative that another time or place be selected, the Secretary shall notify each member of the Board of the change and make public announcements thereof.

The news media will be notified of the date, time, and place of all regular and special meetings of the Board.
