An audit of all accounts of the College shall be made annually by an independent certified public accountant. The audit examination shall be in accordance with the Uniform Accounting Manual for Community Colleges and generally accepted auditing standards as set forth by state statutes. The examination shall include all funds over which the Board of Trustees has direct or supervisory control.
