It is the policy of Danville Area Community College to comply with the Illinois Abused and Neglected Child Reporting Act, Public Act 97-0711. All personnel of institutions of higher education will be mandated reporters. All Danville Area Community College employees will acknowledge in writing their responsibility to comply with the Illinois Department of Children & Family Services reporting requirements.

The Acknowledgement of Mandated Reporter Status form is set forth in the Appendices.
