Overtime work shall be approved in advance by the appropriate supervisor and appropriately reported.

The College may compensate employees who work more than their regularly scheduled forty (40) hour work week by providing compensatory time off at a rate of one and one-half hours for each overtime hour worked. No more than two (2) consecutive work days may be scheduled for compensatory time off.

Choice of compensation shall be the privilege of the employee at the time overtime is assigned.
