The Board shall be responsible for the adoption of written policies concerning the governance and operation of the College, contained in this Board Policy Manual. The Board may also adopt, from time to time, rules and regulations in furtherance of these policies. These policies may be amended by a vote of the majority of the Board at a regular meeting. All amendments shall be promptly recorded in the Policy Manual.
