includED®
What is includED®?
In the includED program, students access all of their course materials in the Canvas environment. The eBook and digital resources that are typically accessed with an "access code" are now deeply integrated into the course through Canvas. This benefits students by offering the convenience of paying for course materials with tuition and fees, by eliminating the wait time in bookstore lines, and most importantly it increases student success by ensuring that all students are prepared the first day of class.
Accessing your Course Materials
On the first day of your class, please log into your course in Canvas. You will find information about includED and how to access your digital resources. You will also receive an e-mail informing you which courses are includED.
Optional: Low-Cost Print Copy of Textbook
Don't worry if digital is not the answer for you, you can purchase a low-cost print of your digital textbook. This is in addition to the regular includED fee.
Note: The Bookstore only keeps 2 - 3 copies of each book so you may have to special order it.
How do I know if my course is part of the includED program?
- You will see includED messaging in the course description on your class schedule.
- You will receive an e-mail notification listing your includED courses.
- When you go to the DACC Online Bookstore, you will see includED messaging.
- You will see includED messaging when you log in to Canvas.
