Join a Free Climate and Equitable Jobs Act (CEJA) Training Program to start a career in clean energy.
Jobs that can be included in CEJA Training Program are:
- HVAC
- Wind
Why a career in clean energy?
A career in clean energy has many upsides such as the following:
- Clean energy jobs are growing fast.
- Clean energy jobs pay well.
- Clean energy jobs make our communities stronger and healthier.
- Clean energy jobs help combat climate change.
Eligibility
- Be 18 or older.
- Reside in an eligible community OR have barriers to employment OR be a displaced energy worker OR foster care member or graduate.
- Have an interest in a career in clean energy.
Support Services
Support services, based on participant need, may include:
- Childcare/family care
- Transportation assistance
- Driver education fees
- Math and reading tutoring
- Housing assistance
- Mental Health counseling
- More
Stipends
The CEJA Training Program does allow for a stipend of $13/hour for your participation in the program.
