Welcome

The Human Resources office is located in Vermilion Hall, 2nd floor, Room 216. The office is open for services from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and in the summer from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The department is staffed with the Vice President of Human Resources and Labor Relations, Coordinator of Employment and Professional Development and Coordinator of Benefits and Wellness.

The Human Resource office provides services to all employees with respect to their health insurance and fringe benefits, compensation and contracts of employment, training and professional development, policy interpretation and administration, collective bargaining administration, and wellness programs. The department also directs the employment process of all personnel and responds to the public for those interested in College employment.

Human Resources is responsible for the New Employee Reception, the Recognition Banquet, and the Support Staff, Faculty, Part-time Faculty, and Staff Employees of the Year Award Program.

The Vice President of Human Resources and Labor Relations serves as the Title IX Coordinator, Affirmative Action Officer and the Section 504 Officer for those employees, students, and visitors with disabilities.
