Interested in improving your crop marketing skills? Join us for an afternoon workshop with James Mintert & Nathan Thompson from Purdue’s Center for Commercial Agriculture. This workshop will begin with a corn and soybean outlook for the upcoming year and will provide insight into ways you can improve your crop marketing program. Purdue’s Center for Commercial Agriculture has developed a new web-based crop basis tool that you can use to keep up-to-date on crop basis trends in your area and improve your ability to forecast basis. During the workshop, you’ll learn how the tool works and how you can use it to your advantage when making crop marketing decisions.

Laptops/tablets are not required for the workshop. However, participants are encouraged to bring these devices if possible, as you will have an opportunity to acquire first-hand experience using the crop basis tool. Light refreshments will be served.

Call 217-283-4171 to register.
