Educational Background: Classes Taught: Personal Info: Over the years, I've learned to take things in stride. Life is what your make it! I'm a dedicated wife and mother, avid gardener, and self-proclaimed health nut. I love to travel and am always interested in finding new destinations! Teaching Philosophy: To encourage lifelong learning, the classroom should foster critical, creative, and bold thinking. Authentic learning is a partnership between the student and instructor. I expect my students to bring a sense of diversity, wonder, and determination to the classroom. From me, students can expect varying instructional strategies which promote real-world connections and provide an opportunity for creativity, growth, and self-reflection.
