Ordering Transcripts Online
Danville Area Community College has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide transcript ordering via the Web 24/7! You can order transcripts using any major credit card. Your card will only be charged after your order has been completed.

The site will walk you through placing your order, including delivery options and fees. You can order as many transcripts as you like in a single session. A processing fee will be charged per recipient.

Order updates are available via mobile text message and email. You can also track your order online using your email address and order number.

Your signed consent may be required to fulfill your transcript order. For your convenience, a consent form will be generated for your order that you can approve instantly online or return via fax, mail, or as a scanned email attachment.

Regulations Governing the Issuance of Transcripts:

Because grades are confidential this release form must be completed and signed by the student only.

Financial and academic obligations to the college must be satisfied.

(A) Mailed transcripts are $5.00 per copy; (B) Official copies picked up by students are $5.00 per copy (Make checks payable to DACC); (C) Unofficial transcripts picked up by students are free; (D) Electronic transcripts start at $5.00 per copy; additional charges may apply depending on electronic delivery method.

Transcripts are generally sent within 24-48 hours of the request time.

The transcript request form can be faxed (no transcripts will be faxed) to the Records Office at (217) 443-8337, then payment for an official copy, $5, must be paid to the Cashier’s Office by calling (217) 443-8767.

Form must be filled out every time you need a transcript.
