 Getting Started with WebCT 

When using WebCT, you should use one of these browsers:

If you use other browsers, you may experience a variety of problems (some very minor, some more significant). You can find your browser version by selecting the Help menu at the top of your browser window, then selecting the "About" item (as in "About Internet Explorer" or "About Netscape").

We recommend you use the Browser Tune-up service. It can help you make sure your browser is correctly configured to work properly with WebCT.

Note that you will use the same ID and password that you use for your DACC E-mail account, logging into the DACC lab computers, et cetera.

To receive your username and password, please go to the Student ID and password page.

Then, to log in to WebCT, simply go to http://webct.dacc.edu/webct/homearea/homearea? and provide your username and password when prompted. Alternatively, you can go to http://www.dacc.edu/online and select "Login to WebCT". Once you log in, you may change your WebCT password.

Once you have logged on, you should see a list of courses in which you are enrolled; click on a course to enter that course. You may only be enrolled in one online course, or several; you will use the same ID and password for all WebCT courses during a given semester.
