The staff of the DACC Assessment Center administers a variety of assessments, including placement tests for new students (ACT/COMPASS), College-Level Examination Program (CLEP) tests, Spanish and French placement tests, Windows proficiency test, Pearson Vue Authorized Testing Center, alternative delivery course tests, and proctored exams for students at other educational institutions. In cooperation with the College’s Corporate and Community Education division, the Assessment Center also serves as a testing site for local businesses.
For prospective students who live outside of DACC’s college district but wish to enroll in online courses offered by DACC, please notify the Assessment Center when the appointment is scheduled. A meeting with a Disability Services Specialist may be required prior to testing.
Appointments and a Photo ID are required to take any assessment.
NO CELL PHONES OR OTHER ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE ASSESSMENT CENTER
