COURSE DESCRIPTION:
This course will teach the student the principles of AC electricity, the techniques utilized in home wiring, and the code and safety requirements involved in residential electricity. Students will receive hands-on practice and should finish the course with the knowledge necessary to safely perform most electrical tasks around the home.

- Learn the theory and operation of alternating current used in residential electricity.
- Learn basic residential wiring skills.
- Develop a safety concious attitude when working with electricity.
- Aquire enough knowledge and skill to be able to replace ar add to existing electrical service in a single dwelling home.
