The "new version" of the DACC Online Student Services is up and running! Thank you for your patience! The links below are designed to help you navigate the new system as easily as possible. Please note, Online Registration will not be available to students until the Summer & Fall 2009 registration period which starts on Monday, March 30, 2009.

What Services Are Available Online?
- Update Your Address & Phone Number
- Financial Information: Account Summary, Bill Statement for Term; FACTS Payment Plan
- Financial Aid Information
- View the Semester Schedules with Course Section Information (Dates, Times, Description, Prerequisites, etc.)
- View Your Student Records - Placement Test Scores, Grades, GPA by term, Schedule, Academic Transcript, etc.
- View Your Student Profile
- Apply to Graduate (with a Certificate and/or Associate Degree)
- Request a DACC Transcript to Be Sent + View the Transcript Request Status
- Request an Enrollment Verification + View the Enrollment Verification Request Status
- Perform a Program Evaluation/Degree Audit; See What Requirements You are Missing (if any) for a Specific Certificate and/or Degree
- COMING SOON TO A COMPUTER SCREEN NEAR YOU...Register Online: Online Registration will be available to pre-approved students for the Summer/Fall 2009 Registration period which starts on Monday, March 30, 2009. Meet with your Advisor/Counselor for more information.
IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT ONLINE RECORDS:
If you attended DACC prior to the Summer of 1992 semester, your academic records
are not immediately available through our online services. If you are interested
in viewing these records online, please call the Records Office at (217) 443-8797
or email us at records@dacc.edu and we
will load them onto the system as soon as possible. Thanks for your patience!

Online Registration Steps
→ How & When to Register Online: Online "registration" services will not be available until the Summer & Fall 2009 registration period which begins on Monday, March 30, 2009. Students interested in being approved to register themselves and drop/add classes online, should discuss the option with their Counselor/Advisor or look for additional literature and training sessions which will be available around February 1, 2009. Reasons Why Your Access to Web Registration Will Be Revoked
Students who receive access to web registration will have their records periodically checked during each semester and at the end of each semester to ensure that the student continues to meet the Web Registration Access Requirements. Access will be revoked if one or more of the following occurs:
- Student is placed on academic probation
- Student is placed on academic suspension
- Student is placed on Financial Aid Suspension
- Student has a past due balance.
- Student withdraws from classes that are needed to meet access requirements
- Student did not seek advisement when he or she changed their major and/or their intended transfer institution.
- Student stops attending DACC for 2 or more semesters.
